The Learning Strategy is a small booklet which summarises what we understand about learning.  It gives teachers at QE a guide to what they need to think about and do to make sure their students are learning as well as they can. It is based on the best available research evidence about learning.  A copy of the strategy is available by clicking on the link on the right.

An important part of the Learning Strategy is the Skills for Success.  This is the list of all those skills and abilities our young people will need to acquire in order to be happy and successful adults. This list would be widely recognised by employers everywhere as what they want to see in employees. Qualifications may well get you an interview but it is these skills that will help you to get the job!
