The English team is one of the largest in the school. We are experienced and enthusiastic. We endeavour to enthuse and engage students through a variety of texts,  teaching methods and use of technology. We highly value the creativity of our students and positively encourage reading great literature for pleasure.

Our staff have high expectations of the students’ behaviour and performance. We encourage students to be independent learners, having acquired the self discipline to be appropriately equipped, smart, well behaved and fully engaged with their learning with the skills to become active members of society.
