It is very much based on the idea of positive re-inforcement and the use of praise. However, we feel very strongly that nobody has the right to disrupt anybody else’s education and will do everything we can to create a learning environment where everyone feels safe, confident and valued. This means that we can and do use the legal sanctions available to us when things go wrong. Whatever happens, we do everything we can to make sure that parents are kept completely in the picture.
